Here Kitty kitty kitty

Well Hannah's said her first word, and like I thought, it was "kitty" she is attached to those cats like you wouldn't believe. She's walking everywhere and is very happy to not be teething at the moment. I'll be mailing invitations for her party shortly... how sad, my baby is almost 1.

First Christmas

Hannah's first Christmas was interesting. She was not helpful in opening her gifts, but she got many many nice things. She was a little crabby, as everyone got here at about naptime, but what can you do? She slept a little and basically lived on my hip the rest of the afternoon. There aren't as many pictures as I'd like, but Steven refuses to use my camera for some unknown reason.

Steps

Sorry for not keeping everyone informed, but we've been very busy around here. Last weekend Hannah took her first unassisted steps. 4 of them. We're very proud, but so far the only person she's interested in walking to is me. She will sit down rather than walk to anyone else.Christmas is only 2 days away, and I can't wait to see Hannah with her gifts. I'm very excited for her! I will take lots of pictures, and I am sending Steven out for video tapes, so we can record it also!

Babababa

Hannah finally has a new sound. No more dada dada. It's like she's forgotten in all together. Now everything is babababa. It's very cute.

Another Tooth

Hannah's third tooth popped through last week on Thursday. You still can't see it, and only a corner popped but you can feel it. I can't wait until she has more teeth, they're really so cute!I'm excited for Hannah's first Christmas. She won't understand, but I know she'll have fun with her gifts from us (and everyone else)She's getting so big, I'm going to have to move her into the next size clothes, because she's too tall. I don't have any idea how I'm going to make them stay up though, she's just too darn thin.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was interesting... she didn't think much of the food, but I think she was stressed about all the people. She slept through dinner at Carols, and didn't want to share when we ate at Dad's. Went to church this weekend, and she did really well. She even played with a little girl at church and shared her toys. Well, the little girl took them, but at least Hannah didn't scream. She's been so much fun lately, but I'm starting to realize that she's not a baby anymore. She looks more like a kid than a baby!Will update after her appointment on Tuesday afternoon.

Good/bad

Hannah did really well sleeping last weekend, but she's full on into her stranger/separation anxiety. She pretty much screamed every time someone other than me had her. I hope she can get over it soon.Yay, today is Thanksgiving! Hannah's going to have fun, I hope... we're almost done packing the diaper bag, and she's down for her nap. When Steven comes back we can go to Carols, and then up to Dad's! Hope she has fun with all the food.
